Your control room is not our dataset.
ATEM Pilot is designed to work locally. The app collects no data, includes no tracking, and requires no account.

Summary
ATEM Pilot does not collect personal data or usage data. It does not include advertising, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking, or a developer-operated cloud service. The accompanying website does not set cookies and does not include analytics or contact forms.
Information stored on your device
Switcher profiles, IP addresses or hostnames, custom layouts, app preferences, simulator state, and feature configuration are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad. This information is used only to provide app functionality. The developer does not receive it.
Removing the app through iOS normally removes its profiles and preferences. A protected marker recording that the five-day trial was used may remain in the iOS Keychain to prevent the same device from repeatedly restarting the trial. If a future version introduces optional export or backup, this policy will be updated before that feature is released.
Local network access
The app requests local-network permission to discover and communicate with compatible switchers. Discovery and control traffic remains between your device and equipment reachable on your network. ATEM Pilot does not route commands through a developer server and does not use broadcast subnet scanning.
Website hosting
This website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. As the infrastructure provider, Cloudflare may process standard request and security information, such as an IP address and user agent, under its privacy policy. The developer has not added Cloudflare Web Analytics, cookies, advertising pixels, or any other website analytics.
Purchases
The five-day trial is not an App Store transaction. It starts only after you tap the trial button, and its start, expiry and prior-use markers are stored locally in the iOS Keychain. The separate Pro Lifetime purchase is processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple provides the verified purchase entitlement and processes payment and Apple Account information under its own privacy policy; the developer does not receive your full payment details.
Support email
If you voluntarily email support, the developer receives the email address, message, attachments, and technical details you choose to send. This information is used only to respond, investigate the issue, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Do not include passwords, Apple Account credentials, API keys, or unnecessary sensitive network details.
Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, then deleted according to the email provider's available controls. You may request deletion of your support correspondence unless retention is legally required.
Children
The app is not designed to collect information from anyone, including children. It is a professional control utility and does not contain social features or targeted advertising.
Security
No software or network can be guaranteed completely secure. ATEM Pilot minimizes exposure by avoiding developer-operated accounts and cloud storage. You remain responsible for the security and segmentation of the network used to operate production equipment.
Changes to this policy
If data handling changes, this page and its effective date will be updated before or alongside the relevant app release. Material changes will also be communicated through the App Store release information where appropriate.
