Compatibility

A clear label for every level of confidence.

Support is capability-driven, but a model is called “Validated” only after it has been exercised on physical hardware. Simulator coverage is not hardware validation.

Validation standard

Physical evidence required

A model receives the “Validated” label only after its physical acceptance record identifies the device, firmware, app build and features exercised.

TestFlight planned

Implementation target

The capability profile and protocol path are planned, but physical testing by the listed hardware family is still required.

Simulator profile

App behavior only

The interactive simulator represents the model's intended capability shape. It is useful for training, not proof of network compatibility.

Hardware matrix

Target protocol and firmware coverage is 7.2 through 10.3. Compatibility can still vary with model firmware and the exact feature being used.

Important: desktop ATEM Setup, firmware installation, USB configuration, and a copy of the desktop Software Control interface are outside the app's scope.

Version 1.0 control scope

The first public release focuses on a reliable universal core. Broader desktop-class workflows follow in 1.x updates after hardware testing.

SWITCHING

Live buses and transitions

  • All reported M/Es
  • Program, Preview, Cut, Auto and T-bar
  • Next Transition, styles and rates
  • Fade to Black
ROUTING

Keys, AUX and macros

  • Upstream key on-air and tie
  • Reported AUX destinations
  • Macro execution
  • Capability-based availability
AUDIO

Essential mixing

  • Classic audio controls
  • Essential Fairlight controls
  • Live meters when reported
  • Model-appropriate channel lists

Planned 1.x expansion

Updates are intended to add deeper transitions and keyers, SuperSource, media, complete Fairlight processing, camera control, HyperDeck, streaming, recording, timecode, configuration and PTZ workflows. Timing depends on protocol fixtures and physical validation; this list is a roadmap, not a release guarantee.
